How it works
Crypto payments are taken by our own payment service — there is no intermediary company in the chain. Pick a plan, choose to pay with crypto, and you land on the invoice page showing an address, an amount and a network. Quoted in USDT.
The deadline matters
The invoice lives for a limited time — a countdown runs on the page. Send the transfer right away rather than "later today": the quoted rate is short-lived, an expired invoice has to be reissued, and funds already sent have to be sorted out through support.
The fastest and cheapest option is USDT on TRON (TRC-20): minutes to confirm, roughly a dollar in fees.
How much to send
Exactly the amount the invoice page shows. An underpayment is not credited automatically — the invoice stays unpaid and it has to be resolved manually through support.
An overpayment is not automatically returned to the sending address: a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. Refunds are filed as a request and arrive in USDT to a wallet you name — see the Refund Policy.
Privacy
On our side, a payment is linked only to an internal invoice number — we do not associate the crypto address with your email or other account data. Remember the flip side: the blockchain itself is public, and the transfer and its amount are visible there to anyone who knows the invoice address.
If a payment is stuck
More than half an hour gone and the status is still "pending" — look up the transaction hash in a block explorer. If it is confirmed on-chain but still pending on our side, email support@logrus.nexus with the hash.
Other options
